As I am your host this evening, let me introduce myself:
My name is Frode Sandholtbråten and, as i was born in the stone cold year of
1983, I am currently 24 years old. I life in Trondheim, Norway, where I am
currently studying computer science at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology. If you are

Being a student makes it possible to do a lot of stuff which are not related to school at all. I am currently working part time in the Norwegian Defence Forces to pay for all my expenses. As they pay quite good, or, maybe because I work a lot more than I probably should have done, I can afford a lot of technical equipment. I tell you more about my hobbies at this page.
Since work does not take all my available spare time, I am also very active in the organization of one of the worlds largest computer parties - The Gathering - which is taking place in the Viking Ship at Hamar each year. Every easter more than 5000 geeks celebrate technology by bringing their own computer equiment to the large arena and connects it to the network together with everyone else, making our network one of the largest, temporary networks in the world.
